Formula & method
Monthly CTC = Annual CTC ÷ 12. Basic = CTC × basic%. HRA = Basic × HRA%. PF (employee) = 12% of Basic (capped at ₹15,000 wage ceiling). In-hand ≈ Gross − PF − Professional Tax.
